Axxess Landmarks in association with Princeton Security and Sportsmans Warehouse 2025

ENTRY RULES
1. The race is run according to the rules of ASA & WPA.
2. Runners must obey traffic officers, race marshals, race officials at all times.
3. Nobody under the age of 16 years may participate in the 21.1km race. Children under the age of 14 participating in the 6km must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. No personal seconding permitted.
5. The time limit for the 21.1km is 3 hours 30 minutes
6. One race number (bib) will be issued. Registered athletes must wear their ASA licences on the front and back of their vest. The race number must be worn on the front of the vest, partially covering the ASA licence, so that the ASA licence sponsor remains visible. Temporary licenced runners must wear the race number on the front of their vest and the temporary licence on the back.
7. Age category tags must be worn (front and back) and visible for the entire race to be eligible for any age category prize .
8. Temporary licensed runners to wear plain clothing, no advertising.
9. The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification.
10. Do not litter. Dispose of any refuse or cups responsibly using the boxes provided or carry them to the finish. Report offenders to the referees.
11. Every 2nd refreshment station will have Coca Cola as well as water. No plastic water sachets will be used to dispense water at any of these 4 stations. There will be a carry your own fill up at each water station.
12. Participants in this event do so at their own risk and release and discharge the organisers, sponsors, provincial and national Athletics bodies and all persons assisting in staging the event from any responsibility, liability or costs relating to any injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, however caused, arising directly or indirectly from their participation in the event.

1. All entrants will receive a confirmation email when their entry has been processed (if an email address is provided).
2. Prior to number collection you will receive an SMS indicating your race number and number collection venue you selected on your entry form.
3. Please bring proof of payment of your entry, email confirmation or SMS confirmation with you to the number collection on Saturday 1st November 2025 from 10:00 – 16:00 from 10:00 – 16:00

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE ONLY

1. Enter online at www.topevents.co.za until midnight 19th October 2025, or enter on race day from 05:00 onwards at WPCC.
2. Cut-off time is 09:30 for the 21.1km and 09:00 for the 6km
3. Entry fees are not refundable.
4. Tog bag facilities will be available at own risk.
5. Refreshments will be on sale at the event.
6. Although there is no separate ‘Walkers’ category, social walkers are welcome for both the Half Marathon and the Fun Run.
7. The Half Marathon route passes more than 25 famous Cape Town landmarks.
8. There will be numerous spot prizes for the 6 km Fun Run, which will be given out randomly at the finish.
9. There will be Half Marathon lucky draw prizes which will be given out randomly at prize giving. Winners must be present at the prize-giving ceremony to be able to claim their prizes.
10. Wheelchair competitors must please contact the organisers timeously to discuss arrangements for their participation.
11. Entry cards must be in the athlete’s possession during the race, inserted in the finish position sachet and handed in at the results board.

MEDAL CATEGORIES
Medals will be awarded to the first 2000 finishers in the 21.1km and 500 in the Fun Run.

1. Prize giving will take place at 09:30. Category winners will receive their prize money via EFT after the event.
2. Participants must be present with their race number to claim prizes in the lucky draw.
