Paarl Athletics Club 10km race incorporating the Boland Athletics 10km Championships

RACE INFORMATION AND ORGANISATION

1. Entries on the day of competition from 05h30 until 07h30.

2. Only the first 1000 entries will be accepted. Entries received after cut-off date will not be accepted.

3. Age category tags & 2022 license numbers must be worn on the front and back of the vest.

4. Please note we will not have a separate entry-fee price for walkers.

5. Tog bag facility will be available, but we urge all participants to leave valuables at home.

6. Security for the duration of the event.

7. Parking inside of the stadium if you arrive before 07h30.

5km fun run entries will be taken on race day ONLY

1. This event is run in accordance with the rules of ASA & Boland Athletics/ Volgens die reëls van ASA en Boland atletiek.
2. Runners must obey traffic officers, race marshals, race officials and the COVID-19 Officer at all times.
3. Nobody under the age of 16 years may participate in the 10 km race
4. No personal seconding permitted.
5. The time limit is 2 and half hours. Cut-off time 10h30.
6. Age category tags & 2022 license numbers must be worn on the front and back of the vest.
